Data residency

Per-user isolation
Every personal agent is sealed in its own row-level secured silo. No other user — not even an admin at LawyerTools — can read its content. Deal agents are isolated per deal, accessible only to the lawyers you explicitly add.
No training on your data
Your emails, documents, and conversations are never used to train our models or any third-party model. They serve one purpose: powering your agents.
Encryption
AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Encryption keys rotated regularly.
Integration security
Microsoft Graph delegated authentication. OAuth2 throughout. No long-lived credentials stored. iManage and SharePoint integrations follow your firm's existing access controls.
